REMEDIAL MASSAGE
This treatment draws on my experience in Sports & Remedial Massage and Clinical Aromatherapy, providing my clients with a therapeutic relaxation treatment. Your session may include assessments, then gentle massage to warm your muscles, ready for remedial deep tissue work. This stimulates blood supply and relaxes muscular tension, improving joint mobility.If indicated I use PNF stretches to increase your range of motion and acupressure techniques to break up adhesions followed by soothing, flowing massage to induce a sense of deep relaxation. I use essential oils during my remedial massage for their therapeutic properties and may use hot or cold compresses or work on basis reflex points of the feet using neat essential oils.
